Prabashni is a certified CA(SA) with over 18 years of banking experience. Her previous role was Senior Manager of the Credit Risk Reporting Team at the largest bank by market share in SA. She uses this experience and knowledge to set Leverage Leadership’s strategic direction and the practical application of content. She is a strong advocate for leading within the management structure.

An accredited Inner Life Skills Coach and Lumina Spark Practitioner, Nadia has a gift for empowering individuals and sparking transformative self-discovery. Her skills as an assessor and moderator with Services SETA and SABPP further enrich her ability to cultivate leaders at all levels. Nadia’s dedication to unlocking human capacity and fuelling empowerment is at the core of her work.
